ASROCK B75M problem

When I install motherboard and new hardware and turn on computer, I heard 3 long bios signal. I tried to clear CMOS, reinstall memory, use different keyboards, but nothing helps me.
Specify:
1. Asrock B75M
2. i3 3220 Ivy bridge
3. Corsair Value Select DDR3 1333 2+4Gb
4. Gygabite NVidia 550 Ti
5. 450W Power Unit

Please check that your memory is seated correctly, and is supported.

if that still fails, try other RAM.
