Computer not detecting 2nd DVI port from any Graphics Card

I just built a new computer and i am having trouble with the monitor being detected on the 2nd DVI port of the Graphics card. The graphics cards work fine, it just won't detect the second monitor on DVI port 2. I have tried the following:

-Installed different manufacturer of graphics card and different chips as (Nvidia & Radeon) and still having the same issue with port 2 of the DVI. (everything else works fine)

- Uninstalled and Installed different versions of the graphic cards Drivers.

-Changed the Video Graphics on the motherboard's BIOS to PCIE.

- Updated the motherboard's BIOS to the latest version.

-Tried different DVI cables and monitors.

- Did several clean installs of windows 7.

Can't think of anything else that could be wrong besides the motherboard or a conflict with the CPU (which i believe is unlikely).

Does anyone have any other suggestions that might fix the problem? my hardware information is listed below.


CPU: Intel Celeron G530 Sandy Bridge 2.4GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80623G530.

Motherboard: ASRock H61M-DGS LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard.

Graphic cards: EVGA GTX 550 TI; PNY GTX 55 Ti; XFX Radeon 7770. ( These are all the VGA's I tried)

Hard drive: Samsung SSD. (I believe its 256 Gigs)

Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate

When using the EVGA or PNY graphics card, with it's driver installed, you should find in Windows Control Panel an entry for "NVIDIA Control Panel". You need to run that to configure multiple monitors, which is done in the "Set up multiple displays" option.

Windows also has an option in Control Panel to configure multiple displays, the Display option.
