new to forums...H77M-ITX I have to turn it on twice for it to turn on

Hello,
Every time I power on my computer it gets to the windows 8 screen,(just the blue logo) and then it turns off. I then press the power button again and it will turn on and boot all the way into windows. Windows will always give me an error message, which I click thru and then everything is fine. If I restart everything is fine. Only when I power down for more than 2 min do I have to power it on two times.

Asrock H77M-ITX
core i3-3225
8GB (2x4GB) Kingston RAM
Antec 550W earthwatts psu
OCZ Vertex 2 120GB
Bitfenix Prodigy
MSI GTX 470 TwinFrozer

I have used the same psu, RAM Video card in another system without any problems at all. IT was a phenom x4 system

I figured it out. RAM slot #1 is the culprit. Taking board back to exchange.
