Can't access BIOS

I have an H67M-ITX Mainboard and I can not enter the BIOS! It boots with no problems to Windows, but when I hit del on startup i get a black screen with a mouse cursor I can't move and AB is written in the lower right corner. I waited some 15 minutes and it doesn't change. I built this PC a year ago, I could enter the BIOS then... Any ideas what to do?

So nothing changed at all, and the PC now does this? No hardware or BIOS/UEFI update or change?

Your symptoms sounds like using a TV for a monitor, which can cause what you described.
