So whenever I have this VGA plugged in windows 7 just hangs on startup, card works fine, it boots up on two other computers. But when I try booting into safe mode it boots up fine and I see the driver listed in device manager.

My specs are:

H61m-vs
intel i3 - 2100
g.skill 4gb ram ddr3
psu antec 620c

Here is a boot log where it loads the drivers, I really don't understand it so if anybody can help me out i'd really appreciate it!
