Hi all.
I want to know how I can make a warranty claim on my board.
I purchased a Z77 Extreme4 from Newegg 3 months ago. It has stopped working properly and I wish to get it serviced under the warranty.
The Asrock website seems to indicate that I have to go directly through Newegg to get it serviced ( ASRock > Support > Repair / RMA ). However, I contacted Newegg and they told me to contact Asrock directly to get it serviced.
Can someone please tell me which party I should go to to get my motherboard serviced under warranty, and how to contact them with the request?
