z77 extreme 6 bios upgrade problem

Upgraded the bios to the latest stable version and now my computer wont boot....

Wtf do i do? Can i undo the bios update?

BIOS updates change all the settings to default values, including the boot order. You need to get into the BIOS and set everything as it should be.

I do not know any details about your exact boot issue, if it stops at A2 check, unplugg all sata devices, but OS disk and you should be able to boot and of course to flash back to previous BIOS.
