Welcome to the forum.
1) Make sure that you have the front panel Power and Reset wires connected to the correct mobo connectors.
2) Disconnect the front panel Power wires and carefully use a screwdriver tip or jumper block to momentarily jumper the Power mobo pins.
Did you first test your system with your motherboard outside of and beside the case, with the motherboard placed on a cardboard box?
