z77 Extreme6/TB 4 Power Up Issues

Ok, I am completely losing it here. Is there any reason why this board will only power up when I use the button on the motherboard directly? I have double checked the system panel headers more times then I can count now and I know I the power switch leads are working fine becasue I just took out another system in this case and it was working fine.

Welcome to the forum.

1) Make sure that you have the front panel Power and Reset wires connected to the correct mobo connectors.
2) Disconnect the front panel Power wires and carefully use a screwdriver tip or jumper block to momentarily jumper the Power mobo pins.
Did you first test your system with your motherboard outside of and beside the case, with the motherboard placed on a cardboard box?
