ASRock z77 error code A2 HELP!!!

I am getting the Dr Debug error code A2, I have tried everything, take out the GPU, plug monitor in to the mobo instead of gpu, plug only the keyboard in, plug in different keyboard, plug keyboard in to the usb 2.0 slot, make sure power is connected everywhere..

Specs:

i7-3770k
HD 7970
ASRock z77 Extreme4
16gig ram

I cant even get the thing started please help someone!!

Have just pulled EVERYTHING apart, did an external build, exact same error came up and im sure everything is done correct

Nothing even shows up on the screen

In my manuel A2 means IDE detected. If you don't have an IDE setup you need to go in bios and change it.

Disconnect ALL drives; ssd, hdd, and optical, your goal is to boot into the bios right now.
Try booting with only one memory module installed.
Make sure that your cpu cooler is secure.

Have you been able to boot up the mobo at all? If not then strip it down to just the mobo, 1 CPU with cooler and 1 stick of memory. Try different (single) sticks in various slots. If still no good, is all of this new? Also, double check all of your connections and pins on the board. Make sure everything is connected correctly.

Have tried with only 1 RAM module, cant even get in to the bios :/ will keep trying for another 4 or 5 hours then will probably send the board back and go Gigabyte ways.

The problem might be with your power supply, even if it is brand new.
I can't help you any more until you provide a complete, detailed hardware list.

Sorry. Just extremely frustrated :/ Here is the complete list:

You need to be able to think clearly, being frustrated makes everything more difficult.
It's time to get what I call "stupid mode".
This isn't an insult, it means you need to think clearly and double check everything that is in the user manual assembly procedure.

It's possible that there is a bent cpu socket pin, but these can be very difficult to find.
Follow the exact assembly procedure in the user manual, but do your build outside of the computer case.
Put your motherboard on top of a cardboard box or some books.
Don't put the anti-static bag under your motherboard, the bag is electrically conductive.
Your goal right now is to get your system to boot into the bios.
Don't connect and drives or your video card.
Do you have a case speaker connected to the mobo speaker pins? If yes, do you hear any beep codes?
Follow the instructions for using the on-board video, not your HD 7970 video card.
What exactly is displayed on your monitor while trying to boot?
Are you sure that the monitor and video cable are working? Did you test them on another system?

You might need to borrow individual components for testing in your system, including psu, keyboard, mouse, monitor, cable, etc.
Is your Corsair Vengeance memory model number on the ASRock memory support list?
