Solved issue by changing the following BIOS setting:
Advanced -> Storage Configuration -> SATA IDE Combined Mode: DISABLE
This resulted in being able to see all Drives.
Configuration:
MB: FM2A75M-DGS
CPU: AMD A4-5300
RAM: 8 GB
BIOS: AMD P1.60
OS: Windows 8 Pro 64-Bit
SATA-1: 400MB Windows Boot Drive
SATA-2: 1TB Storage Drive – RAID1
SATA-3: 1TB Storage Drive – RAID1
SATA-4: 2TB Storage Drive
SATA-5: 2TB Storage Drive
SATA-6: CD/DVD Drive
RAIDXpert: 3.3.1540.19
Option ROM Utility 3.3.1540.17
From Device Manager: AMD AHCI Compatible RAID Controller: 3.7.1540.30
Issue: Both the ROM Utility and RAIDXpert only recognizes SATA ports 1-4. No matter what drives are connected to SATA 5 & 6, they are not recognized. If only SATA1 and SATA5 or 6 are connected, SATA 5 & 6 are not recognized.
Any ideas why SATA 5 & 6 cannot be seen?
Thanks,
