I only say the above as I'm not aware of why ASRock chose to mount they way they did on this mb.

Should there be something on the reverse side of the mb that would have precluded using a standard mount?

Is it using standard dimensioned mounting hole locations?

Thanks for the reply. I did go to the ASROCK support link you provided and I appreciate that. However, I did not make myself clear, as usual. I was not looking for the backplace for the cpu, but instead the one for mounting in a case so the usb, ps2, vga, etc. ports on the back are covered. Quite a few on ebay but none that match this particular board. Hopefully Asrock can help.
