    Default Motherboard Compatibility

    i installed windows 8 recently and everything works but the audio, i tried Realtek and Via to no avail services are up and running too and i noticed the audio device jacks are'nt showing up either unplugging and plugging the speakers di'nt help so im stuck.
    i notice it detects mics wich i dont even have
    Motherboard model:ASROCK M3A770DE
    BIOS Version: P1.80

    I have the same motherboard and I'm running Windows 8 and it shows I'm using VIA HD Audio Deck. I got it off the ASRock > M3A770DE It works fine for me. Hope it does the same for you.
