RAID 10 is supported on the Intel SATA interface, on any of its SATA ports. RAID 10 is NOT supported on the Marvell SATA interface, and you cannot combine the Intel and Marvell SATA ports for RAID.
The Intel SATA interface has two SATA III ports and four SATA II ports. You could put two drives on the SATA III ports, and two on the SATA II, but the final speed will be limited by the SATA II ports. So using the four SATA II ports would be the best way to go.
