Default FM2A85X Extreme6 won't recognize my HDD's behind port multiplier

I have the FM2A85X Extreme6 motherboard connected to two Sans Digital 4bay HDD enclosures.
Newegg.com - Sans Digital 4 Bay eSATA Port Multiplier JBOD Tower Storage Enclosure (no eSATA Card bundle) TR4M+BNC
I am using a KINGWIN 15.63" eSATA PCI Bracket cable to go from two internal SATA ports to 2 ESATA ports.
Newegg.com - KINGWIN 15.63" eSATA PCI Bracket cable Model ESAC-02
I have tripple checked that the SATA ports the esata bracket is plugged into has the port set to eSATA from within the UEFI.
I have read in a number of places on the web that this motherboard/chipset supports FIS-Based Switching which it sounds is synonomous with saying it supports port multipliers. When I have everything connected, Window 7 only sees one HDD in each of my 4 bay enclosures.

Where might I be going wrong?

FYI: I tried using the built in eSATA port on the mobo and that wouldn't work either.

Looking at the specifications and user manual for your motherboard, I didn't see anything that referred to port multiplier support.
    The TR4M+BNC guide says:
NOTE: Port multiplier is required for detecting all 4 drives. If the computer does not have PM, only
drive #1 will be detected. Optional port multiplier card is available. Please visit Home of Sans Digital - Your One-Stop Storage Provider.
The overview section at TowerRAID TR4M+BNC - 4 Bay eSATA Port Multiplier JBOD Tower (no eSATA card bundled) (Black) says
:Note: SATA/eSATA port require support port multiplier in order for your computer to recognize multiple hard drive. Port multiplier supported eSATA port is required. Please see Sans Digital eSATA port multiplier controller card selections.
It looks like you will need to buy one or two add-in port multiplier controller cards to recognize all of your external hard drives in both of your external enclosures.

I have read that the A85X chipset on this board supports FIS-based Switching which I have read is the same a port multiplier support.

That's not a good sign that you have any better luck "converting' the onboard sata ports to eSata.

What HDD's are you using in the TR4M?

Have you looked in Disk Management that they might need initialized prior to use?

Thought I'd just mention this to anyone who finds this thread in a search that Asrock told me this motherboard does not support FIS based switching/Portmultipliers. They won't seem to tell me why that a chipset that suports those natively don't work on this board though. Just doesn't make sense to me.
