Default Asrock z77 extreme9 problem management sli

Hello everyone, I'm Italian so I apologize if my English is not perfect, I am writing because I have a ploblema with my asrock Z77 extreme9 as I have just installed 2 msi gtx 670 pe / oc in sli and I'm having big problems shots in any use windows / games and benchmarks, I tried cards also singolarmete and all ports pci-e motherboard and everything worked perfectly but once you put them back in sli go bad and you continue to lock the pc, I I think it's the bios of extreme9 to have problems on the management of two cards in the pci-e 3 16x/16x. Give me your opinion thanks

Did you download the most recent Nvidia WHQL driver from Drivers | GeForce.com?
Did you use the Nvidia Control Panel to set up your video card and SLI options?

Thank you for the answer, I tried many drivers and even the settings in the nvidia control panel but nothing, I've done many tests with both single and vga in sli, work well individually as well as the doors of the pci-e mobo work well but when put in sli problems begin, even another user in another forum has my same problems, a few days ago that I have extreme9 because coming from a gigabyte z77x up-7 and everything worked perfectly so I think propio that the problem is with the bios does not handle well in 2 vga pci-e3 to 16/16

What are the specific video card problems?
Do the problems happen only when gaming? Watching videos?
Is your system overclocked? If yes, have you tried non-overclocked settings with your SLI setup?
Are the video cards running with stock settings?
Which pci-e slots are your cards installed in right now?
Have you tried using different pci-e power cables and different power supply connectors?

What is the model number of your Corsair power supply? How old is your power supply?

Hi there Gabrix, and Welcome(to the right place to post support requests. hang tight as pressure is being applied to remedy where you originally posted)

Ok. In reading your OPs and now replies, I'd ask if you have connected the 4-pin molex to the MB to power SLI/CF cards?

There is a molex connector directly above the PCIE1 slot that is there to provide additional power to the bus when using SLI/CF setups such as yours.

Would you if you haven't yet, connect a preferably unused lead from the psu up to this connector and retry.

To avoid confusion, the 4-pin molex connector I referenced above is labeled "SLI/XFIRE_PWR1"

the problem is that if I put the cards in sli is in games / benchmarks and use normal windows it's all jerky and hangs around until I reboot the PC, and put individually (try one at a time) all goes well, then rule out that the problem is the vga and even the doors of the pci-e extreme9, the power supply is a corsair 1000w and I used it in the past with 2 gtx 680 lightning but other motherboards, overclocking the cpu is not because it does even at default

It is the 4-pin molex connector you say I had already supplied but does not change anything I have the same problem, today I did a test, I put a vga in port pci-e 3 and one in the port pci-e 7 basically go a 3.0-16x and 8x 3.0 and put the other in this way everything seems to work perfectly, so I'm thinking that the problem is the management of the PLX PEX 8747 Bridge to manage two vga to 16x/16x, I hope that the asrock systems with a new bios version because you can not have such a problem with the motherboard so

Page 26 in the motherboard user manual says:
In CrossFireXTM mode or SLITM mode, please install the PCI Express
x16 graphics cards in PCIE1 and PCIE5 slots. Both these two slots
    will work at x16 bandwidth.
Is this setup causing the problem?
What does GPU-z show for the Bus Interface for each card with this setup?

Check the seating of the sli bridge also.
I had to "jiggle" mine a bit for correct operation ,and I usually have to move it a little if I strip down the machine to get good contact on reassembly.
