The following pop up message appears when you go online to ASRock > Support Request Form
Since Chinese New Year Holiday, ASRock office will close on 2013 Feb 9th to 2013 Feb 17th.
During this period, we may not be able to reply your mail in time.
Your mail will be replied as soon as possible when we back to office on 2013 Feb 18th.
If any urgent issue, please contact local dealer or distributor.

The pop up message is gone as of 18 February 2013.
Hopefully tech support will quickly respond to any backlogged submission forms.
