Asrock G41C-GS and Corsair Platinum XMS3 1333MHz issues.

Hi.

I have the Asrock G41C-GS and DDR3 1333MHz Corsair XMS3 Platinum 9-9-9-24 1.5V.CPUZ gives DRAM Frequency 664.9 MHz.Why is that?I already flashed the BIOS to the latest and i have the jumper in 2-3 pins.(FSB1 jumper).

I'll appreciate if you could help.

It's complicated but rest assured the 664.9 is correct and you are running the mem at the prescribed 1333.

664.9x2=1329.8 , some MB/BIOSs hit it spot on while others come very very close to rated. There's nothing to worry over.

For the same reason, CPU-Z shows my 1600Mhz at DRAM Frequency operating at 800Mhz.

DDR = Double Data Rate

Frequency and Memory Rate are two different things.
