Z77 Extreme + MSI GTX 650 No Video Signal

Hello guys, I'm new in this forum. Hope you all can help me sorting out my problem.

I've just bought a video card (MSI GTX 650 2Gb DDR5 OC) to add on my PCIe 3 slot. Actually my build is working flawlessly with onboard GPU. But until now I couldn't get video signal from GFX card. I think the card is running OK with spinning fan. And the system boots as normal (I can get the video back when swapping to IGPU). What I've done so far;

- Try different PCIe slot.
- Try connecting through HDMI, D-Sub and DVI.
- Try common 6pin connector from PSU and also an adapter molex to 6pin.
- Plug out all SATA devices.
- Changing RAM slot and number of RAM (boot with single RAM).
- Upgrade the latest 2.6 BIOS even downgrade to 2.2.
- Ensure PCIe is set as primary in BIOS.
- Change PCIe to Gen 1/2/3 (default is Auto).

Then, I have no more idea except yet testing the video card in different PC. The MSI GTX 650 is already PCIe 3 and only 400w minimum is required for power.

My basic specs; Z77 Extreme6, i5-3570K, 8Gb CV 1600 RAM, PSU FSP Hexa 500.

I did continue testing. Playing with settings in bios and clearing CMOS many times but still no available. I do a lot of reading by now and find that this is not an isolated issue regarding pcie 3.0 slot. Maybe I m' wrong.

I did the test with Gigabyte GTX650 VGA card and system work normally with add-on VGA card.
Below is my test config.
CPU: i5-3570K
Memory: Geil DDR3-2133 8GB
VGA: Gigabyte GTX650
BIOS: P2.60

I try install the VGA card to other PCIe slots, system also boot normally.

Please kindly refer to below suggestions for testing.
1. Re-plug the 6-pin power connector of VGA to try again.
2. Re-install CPU and check if CPU socket is fine.
3. If possible, please kindly change another VGA card to verify if system boot up.
4. If possible, please test GTX650 on another system to check whether the VGA card is fine.

Thank you Emily for the suggestions. I think most likely it isn't related to CPU because the system boots up and reach Desktop just fine except no signal from VGA card (I can get the visual from onboard GPU).

Now I would try your last 2 suggestions.

I was unlucky.Most probably the VGA card is faulty when I found out the PCIe slots have no problem with another VGA card. I tested with an old GeForce 9300S. Plus, the GTX 650 also doesn't work in another PC.Thanks for the workarounds...
