VGA driver not installing

Dear all,

I have original cd disk of asrock, my VGA card is called Palit GEFORCE GTX - 680, but VGA standard adapter driver isn't installing it is missing, i have installed by that cd all drivers but there is a yellow mark on device manage. what is a problem? Can u help me plz?

You did not fill in your system specs at all, so we don't even know what mother board you have.

The ASRock driver CD is just for the components on the board, it does not have a driver for your video card. Get that driver from Palit or Nvidia.
