    Default HDD Detection

I just rebuilt my system and I have the x79 Fatal1ty motherboard. I have an SSD as my master drive and 4 750GB SATA drives for storage. Prior to the reinstall everything was great but now it is only seeing two of the SATA drives. Now what is weird is in the Disk Manager I can see all the drives and there is no errors. Looking at the Device Manager everything is installed and nothing shows as needing installed or updated. What would be the reason the drives cannot be seen by Explorer but they can be seen in the Disk Manager?

After closer inspection for some reason the drives lost the drive letter and Windows was to stupid to assign a new drive letter to them.
