Default Z77 OC Formula will not let me boot from a CD?

Need a little help. What am I missing, I press F11 when I'm booting and the Boot Window comes up but it does not show the Pioneer BDR 207D drive even though it has a bootable CD in it. If I put a bootable USB drive in a USB port it shows as it should. Any ideas and what I'm missing. The MB has the latest BIOS 2.30. Windows 8.1 is installed on the SSD but I don't see where that should have any impact on the Boot Sequence for a CD/DVD. In desperation I will remove the Blu-Ray Burner and install a DVD Burner. I know this thing allowed me to boot CD's at one time or another.

My mistake. I had the Optical Drive connected to one of the Marvell SATA ports and did not have Boot Enabled in the BIOS! All is well again.
