    I cannot tell you that it will be safe to use the Z77 Ex 4's BIOS on your Z77 Ex4-m board. The Z77 Ex 4's BIOS probably won't even be accepted as a valid BIOS version for your board.

    If you could change to the Z77 Ex 4's BIOS, it could cause problems, and if you could not get into the BIOS again to try and change back to a BIOS made for your board, you would need to get a new BIOS chip for your board.

    What do you want from the Z77 Ex 4's BIOS that you don't have on your board's BIOS?

    My motherboard (z77 extreme 4m) loadline calibration settings are only in 3 steps=> 0% - 50% - 100%
    i want to use extreme 4 LLC settings - 5 levels, because i have problems whith OC of mu CPU i5-3570K over 4.5ghz(1.4v) ... 4.6(1.48v it goes extreme), and i'v read that leveling LLC(Z77 extreme 4) is more stable.

    p.p. sorry for the bad language i'm still learning English
    ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M / i5 3570K 4.4ghz 1.28v / Sapphire HD7870OC / 2x4gb RAM A-data 1600 mhz / GX450 /
