    Default B75M R2.0 RAID support?

    Hi,

I've found some websites that say the ASrock B75M R2.0 motherboard has RAID support but I can't find anywhere on the ASRock website that confirms this. Can anyone please help and let me know if the B75M R2.0 has RAID option in the BIOS? Thanks.

The ASrock B75M R2.0 motherboard, or any board that uses the Intel B75 chipset, does not support RAID, the Intel Rapid Storage Technology RAID support. You can check this on the B75's information page:

    ARK | Intel® B75 Express Chipset (Intel® BD82B75 PCH)

Anyone telling you it does support RAID is just wrong.

Thanks parsec, I've been looking for an LGA1155 motherboard that does support IRST but haven't had much luck. I just found the ASRock Z77 Extreme6 through one of my regular suppliers so I guess I will order that one. Thanks again for your help, you saved me from wasting money on a board that I couldn't use
