Default ASRock M3A770DE Mobo Front mic connector problem

    Hello,

I have this headset(microphone and headphones, both have their own connectors), which I occasionally connect to PC to play games with. When I connect the headset in the rear audio panel, both microphone and headphone work fine. But when I connect the headset into the front audio panel, only headphones work, microphone doesn't. I am using Windows 7, so there is this function to listen to the device. When I try that, the microphone seems to be recording some loud gibberish.

What could be the problem ? Perhaps it is due to drivers? Because my motherboard should have Realtek HD, but in the device manager there are only bunch of NVIDIA HD Audio drivers and one VIA HD audio driver. I tried installing the Realtek drivers, but they didn't install for some reason, at least device manager didn't show them.

    ASRock M3A770DE
    BIOS version: P1.60, 2010-05-20
    Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz
    GTX460 768MB
Fatal1ty Creative Headphones, vendors code: 51MZ0310AA001

    Thank you for help.
