P8Z68-V Pro - can't OC i5 2500K

I'm trying to OC my i5 2500K to 4GHz but I can't seem to get the overclock to stick when I boot into Windows (it still shows in CPU-Z as the stock speed of 3.3GHz).

In previous BIOSes all I had to do was change the CPU ratio to 40 in BIOS setup but now with 3203 that course of action doesn't work.

Anyone got any ideas?

are you stressing the cpu with prime95? look at cpu-z while you stress it and it should switch to 4ghz under load,take a look at my oc guide for z68 v pro,just set 40 multiplier instead of 45,and use +5 offset and maybe one click lower llc
