P8Z68 V-pro Gen 3 / i7 2600k OC - help with BIOS settings

Hey guys...

It's been a while since the last time I posted here, and a lot since the last time I OC'd my i7 860. I upgraded my rig and now went Sandy Bridge and I forgot how to set the C state options, Execute disable bit, cpuid and all the other options used to keep the CPU always working at the same speed, I don't want its vcore and multi to fluctuate.
