Well. I bought my new system. when i turned it on there was no picture on my monitor ;/. But when i put my 7900gs in it worked perfect :)

So it was the card after all.
Im gunna rma it and sell it on a local form with a game i got with my new card (company of heros, i hate that game)
I just went and bought the XFX 9600gt and i love it :)
farcry2, cod5, Need For Speed Undercover and left for dead run PERFECT
at all settings maxed out. Just the nividia control panels set to balanced :) otherwise i would lag alot i imagine. In fps at least. I turn it to quality for nfs and stuff.

I couldent post anything cause i just got new intenet and was cut off for a bit . Now i download at over 1mb/sec :D. I still cant belive it lol
Bell (dsl) usualy always MAX 300/kbs lol.
