Looking good drenader, your setup is almost guaranteed to do 3ghz (250fsb).
Once you find a limit, run Prime 95 CPU tests for a few hours to verify its stable. It will also burn in the chip which over time will let it run cooler, at higher frequencies, on less voltage.

My new Amd XP2600+ untweaked and all at stock:
(pretty nice hdd score being only a 2Mb cache seagate ata-100)
wow, that is an incredibly good HDD score for a 2mb cache HDD
