    8,500+ from the red side here:

    When 3DMark11 is pissing off both houses (AMD/Nvidia) why should I buy it?

    how did you manage to install 3dmark11? ive tried 3 times now and nothing happens when i click desktop icon,im still using 10.10 drivers i dont know whether that has anything to do with it

    This test is apparently DX11 only - will not run on DX10!

    got it working,had to repair .net 4 framework,heres my results







    using 10.10 drivers,and clocked at 3.8ghz not 4.2ghz,stock gpu clocks

    and yes its dx11 only,and it wont work on xp

    broke 15k 3dmark11 with HD5970 + 2x HD5870 My first retail i7 980X 3013A489 experience ! - i4memory.com - different look at memory :D

    3dmark11 = 15,049 Result

    i7 980X @4.7ghz
    HD5970@995/1297 + 2xHD5870 @1030/1282
    Asus P6T6 WS Revolution
    HX1000 + OP1200

    Powermate measured 785 watts from HX1000 psu, so ~340-350w from OP1200 = 1,135 watts for system :)
