It all starts here:

General George Washington established the Badge of Military Merit on August 7, 1782 at Newburgh, NY. When Washington created the award, he stipulated it would be for enlisted personnel only and grant the recepient the distinction of being permitted to pass all sentinels and guards in the same manner as a commissioned officer. The award was to be a permanent award and the names of the recipients would be registered in the Book of Merit.

PCS4VETS is a foundation that recycles, refurbishes and re-issues computers to Veterans.

We provide training, computers, green recycling of tech and jobs for veterans...
This build is to raise this awareness and draw attention to our mission then use the system in the foundation after any shows, expos, touring or convention uses. This PC Will be built for PCS4VETS support systems. Artwork, Ads, Blogs, Logs, designs, funding, grants, twitter, FaceBook, Wordpress, contracts, planning, marketing, correspondence, video editing, pod casts...Tribute Mods Projects and the good it does. As a team led by Project Leader Al Shuryan a series of tribute, honor and respect systems will be built. Until enough donated hardware is close to 100% we'll sometimes re-use and keep building new mods/builds. Once in awhile a full rig can be donated, raffled or EBAY'd for enough tech to repair 20 laptops or more for Vets. There are hopes for some of the project builds to gain syndicated sales to benefit PCS4VETS.
