Check out this bad boy @ SideWinder.com:
Delta TFB1212GHE 120x38mm Extreme High Speed
    Specifications:
    • 120x120x38mm
    • 220.01 CFM @ 4600 RPM
    • 65.0 dBA
    • 29.40 watts, 2.45 amps
    • Maximum Air Pressure 26.44 mm H2O
    • 12v DC, 3 or 3+4 pin Molex header connector(s)

If you're not man enough to handle this fan, they do offer wimpier fans down to 100 CFM or lower

You might want to check out the new Noctua NF-F12 PWM fan.

I've been happy with my 92mm Arctic Cooling F PWM fan, but it probably doesn't have above average static pressure. Available sizes: 80, 92 and 120mm.
Advantages: Quiet, FDB fan bearing, PWM, 6 year warranty, and reasonable price about $11.

I think that Scythe makes some excellent fans with higher static pressure.

Many/most fans don't publish static pressure statistics.

That Delta fan is diesel! I think it might be on the loud side considering my rig has a lot of already noisey fans.

That noctua looks good but I hate their color scheme, why cant they just make some in black?

I found this fan, it retails for about $20 a pop but it has great static pressure, an ingenious design, dust/water proof and the impeller detaches without taking the fan out of the case.

Fan specs look good, but 26.8 dBa at 1800 rpm sounds too good to be true.
If your XIGMATEK cpu cooler lets you add a second fan for a push-pull setup, you will probably see an additional 2 -3o (C) lower cpu core temperatures.

TFC (The Feser Company) makes some great fans, though they are a little on the thick side (55mm), only one place in Canada that sells more than one version of them

TFC - Triebwerk - Performance Radiator Fan 3000RPM 215CFM 65dBA [TK-123] - $22.99 : DazMode, The Best Canadian PC Watercooling and Modding Store!

" Extreme version of Triebwek fan featuring massive 215CFM at 3k RPM. Those fans are not quiet, but they are quieter then comparable 38mm extreme fans ( SanAces, Deltas and etc).

Huge selection of bolts and nuts is included for almost any situation - radiator or case mount. Antivibration silicon pad and braided cables are included as well.

Improvements from v1 include low restriction single-ring grill and 9 blade impeller...The 55mm thickness of the Triebwerks creates a larger blade size and allows much different blade angles to create a staggering CFM to dBA ratio. (215CFM, 65dBA) "

Though these fans can be on the expensive side ($38.99 reg. price), the place has them on sale quite often...they're one of the best fans for water cooling enthusiasts.

The Coolermaster Xtraflow fans are pretty nice aswell, They are rated the same as the CM Xcalibur at 3.6mm static pressure and they are a lot less noisy than Xcaliburs and Delta's.

And ofcourse they are very cheap :) They are actually the fans used on the CM V6gt coolers.

    Go scythe
I have 2X 1850 gentle typhoons of the 4 x120's in pc .I made comparissons of sp and noise when buying them.you would need scythe slipstreams for pwm unless you have a cpu1 and cpu 2 fan circuit and one of the fans is 4 pin.+ they really are quiet except at max rpm cant hear em.
Since Im too lazy to make up my own post again
    Check this thread post 20#
    [Koolertek] Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm 1850 RPM -- $11.99 + shipping - [H]ard|Forum

Scythe "GentleTyphoon" 120 mm Silent Case Fan

I do have a fan from my coolermaster V8 on my p67 cpu cooler ,it has its own pot speed regulator which is handy in addition to the pwm.(in conjunction with the gentle typhoon).

Of course if you need a slightly smaller diameter hi sp "tank" fan for free, head down to your local recycling centre ,look for old dell cases(500's) or you local pc shop may have a few being dumped :0.
I picked up 2 fans at a recycling centre. There is so little strain on these fans they may last "long time".Mine are still fine. They have their own temp sensor for speed.
You would probably see datech on the fan and 2.0-2.3A.. 10 times the normal consumption 24-28w at max speed.
sp about 21 mm .81 in db isnt quite as hi as the delta but still loud at 50-55 when they speed up.Actually 55db is too loud if it ever gets to max speed,65 is just too much ;0.cfm of 120 is quite good.+ u should get a couple for free easily enough:)

This is the present spec sheet on them, tho it may only be oem/trade supplies.
    http://www.jmcproducts.com/products/...x92x38mm.shtml
jmc/datech do 120mm fans of the 200cfm ,hi noise variety ,dont know what if any pc's these may have been fitted in so they might not be "free".
