How about mounting the radiator on the right hand side of the case, behind the back side of the motherboard?
Sin0822 had posted a chart in his overclocking guide showing actual vs software measured voltage showing the software interpretations to be off a bit. Everyone knows that with vcore a little voltage can make a big difference.
So anyway that got me curious and I decided to get set up for manually monitoring voltage, no easy task when reaching inside a case.
I had an expensive bench meter for a long time but it's kind of bulky and has to be plugged in for power, so I went to Lowes and bought a small DMM that should do the job. Since I have the RX240 radiator and fans mounted inside the case at top I found that to be another hindrance to reaching the voltage points, so I've decided to move the radiator to top of the case.
I've ordered more tubing (hi flex uv blue), tubing clamps, 2x 90* revolvable fittings, and 2 Phobya 120mm plexi fan shrouds.
My original intent was to mount the rad/fans directly over the case grill up top and route the tubing into the back of the HAF 922 but now I'm thinking the tubing isn't going to make that sharp a bend radius to meet the ports already in the case. Since I will be using the fan shrouds I will have clearance for the 90's but don't know about making that bend in the tubing. It's possible I could get a couple of "L" fittings and some barbs to help make that bend.
Might have to ditch the idea in favor of drilling some access holes in the case for the tubing. Don't really want to put any more money into it and it's starting to sound like drilling the case might be the way to go. That would shorten the loop anyway, although I doubt the longer single loop would hurt anything although it might look funky.
What do you think?

I'm pretty sure what I'm going to do now. I'll drill 2 holes in the top/back for the tubing and stick some grommets on. Gotta go to town tomorrow and pick up a step drill and some grommets.![]()
