Default Ideas...

How about a luggable Briefcase PC with 2 XFX GF8800GTX XXX Edition (or wait until the 8900) in SLI and the Intel Quad Core. add with 2-4 GB of RAM, Sufficient PSU Power, 4 WD Raptors in RAID 0, and a DVD Drive. Its very nice to have this babies running on battery power, like, well, 1-5 kilos of Li-Ion in it! Plus a 17 in. LCD and you have yourself some serious laptop. You get the idea, maxxed out settings and not even a lag.
