are you only using the Dremel to cut those holes? Those holes look very smooth, nicely done :thumb:

TY, i'm using the dremel to cut the main hole and sand it to the shape i want and then i use a file to clean it up:)

Make sure you ground everything. (I described everything in depth in the other file carrier mod thread)

And you might want to reinforce the support for that PSu, the plastic side might begin to flex.
