Change Out Fan On Volcano 6cu

I want to change out the fan on my mounted Volcano 6cu.
The fan I have is just too loud. What I would like to do is mount a 120mm fanove the heat sink but cannot figue out how to retain it...the heat sink has 4 screw point fot he current fan.

Ideas or suggestions...

i;d just get a better HSF....cos even i fu went to all that effort you rcooling performance would drop dramatically bcos heatsinks rely mainly on the air pressure created by having a fan rite on top of it...mounting a fan somehow from teh side of your case...your not gonna be able to get it very close to teh heatsink:D

if u want a good cooler woth resaonable niose i suggest u get a volcano 7+ and set teh fan on medium:D

Gee the Volcano 6cu has a quiet fan (for what I'm use to anyway). Now the "plus" version of that HSF makes a bit of noise. :smokin:
