what site could i download a CPU temp thingy and stuff....
or where could i find it... lol... im pretty stupid....

I am no authority on cooling, but my experience is that if you install 5 temp monitor programs you get 5 different values. I would forget about software and go for hardware like DigiDoc.
It costs money, but hey, we need to keep the economy going
