Default custom stainless water cooled box..

hey guys
this is just a prototype underneath box to house the pump, rad, and res til i make a complete stainless steel case so0n (yhis month mabye).i turned out great as far as temps go:good: all for a lil under $500 i got the following results..

pump- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835108082
this thing owns...
danger den tdk block-(cheap and effective)
http://www.dangerdenstore.com/produc...&cat=17&page=1
amd 64 3700 on air was 40 idle 55load now on water 31-39...like it:good:
res- http://www.dangerdenstore.com/produc...&cat=28&page=1 (note:im building custom square shaped all copper block res with 4 pelts on it and wont need radiater or res anymore, should friggin own)
bfg 7900gtx on air was 45 idle-60 load now on water 34 idle- 43 load
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835108077 swiftech mcw60 and ramsinks own(note:cermaique epoxy was needed to bond heatsinks on card)

nf4 chipset temps on air were killing me!!!44idle-63 load!!!on water 32 idle-40 load:good: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835108079 many ppl i talk to outside of here dont even worry about chipset temp all that much vs cpu temps the chipset holds the overclock back so much its overlooked thus the chipset gets poor time\money put into it.my beater box is getting water s0on to0.

radiater- http://www.dangerdenstore.com/produc...&cat=72&page=1
its housed inside stainless box opposite the plexiglass window with 3 120mm fans bolted to outside pulling air threw it with 3\4 inch spacing from fans to rad for shroud effect(note:im building custom square shaped all copper block res with 4 pelts on it and wont need radiater anymore, should friggin own!)
all 1\2 tygon tubing used and straight mct5http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=143&cat=63&page=1(uv) fluid is used only.under all blocks cermique was used, and cermaique epoxy was used to hold ramsinks on with.everything turned out really good and happy with the results.the next project is gonna be complete stainless custom tricked out to death...

the stainless box was made by me using a 18 gauge stainless body with 2 rectagle holes punched for plexiglass on 1 side and rad on other with matching holes punched to sandwhich 3 120fans\case\rad together with 2 inch screws(its pretty slick)with 12 gauge sides tig welded with my computer like welds left alone(not grinded)welded to it for pc to sit on and all my crap to come up from the bottom not crowding or adding any heat to case and allowing rad to have its own area.
im a percesion stainless steel fabricater\welder so to be honest this stuff is really a breeze to do for me.i might design the box on cad but then again the things i have in mind are better done on the fly kinda as in mid(baked)build minset..ehe

mct-5 with 10 drops of yellow dye-lite additive.4 uv bulbs inside case really things up.

update :
using straight fluid-xp uv blue now....looks amazing and dont have to use any dye-lite drops that put a film on my tubing i had to completely replace.
