I don't know which one is better for your CPU, but I can certainly answer your 2nd question. All copper is much better than all aluminum. There is really no comparison ;)

So far i am thinking of going for the spark 7, wondering if i can switch the fan with a color led fan?

Yes you can change out any fan to go on that. At least from my knowledge.
