I own a Vantec Fan and light controller and the max. output current is 1.5 amps. And my 80mm fan only has max. output current of 0.25 amps. Does this mean no matter how much power I apply to the fan, it will only run at 0.25 amps?

Cool. However, there are only 3 fan controllers. Are there such thing as splitters for connecting 2 fans under one controller?
