yah your probably right i get ok temps oced to 2.70 iam at 37c do u think if i zipp tied it all that would lower my temps?

i thought my temps were high know any recomendations for the best quiet cpu cooling

From my expirence i have always used Zalmen it has managed to bring my temps down by 20c our 40 degrees on intel and on my amd its brought it down 10c so they are very good cpu heatsink coolers

Not by a huge amount, but it will improve airflow and that should in turn drop you a few degrees. My case is beyond clean as for airflow and my temps reflect that.

the best cooler is the artic cooling freezer 7 and it is cheap too.
