Cool Just a Few Questions

Hey guys i got a few questions as my stock cooler is just not cuting it anymore... Also i Use a P4 @ 2.8 GHZ would like to hit 3.4 or so
1. Is the Thermaltake "Volcano 7+" still a good fan cooler?
2. I ran out of Thermal Paste , is Arctic Silver 5 good or should i get 3 ?
3. Ram Coolers will copper ram coolers we of any use to me ?
4. Last one I have a P4C800 Deluxe what chipset cooler would you recomend?

PS if you have a link on new egg for a 3 pin to 2 pin connecter that would be of great use to me.

1. theres better but its still a good cooler.
2. as5 is better than 3 (i think)
3. ram coolers dont really do much
4. not a clue

Ok thanks =8) how about the Alpha Novatech S-PAL8952 Pentium4 Heatsink
Anyone ever had one of them ? i read a review on it sounds like a winner.

it looks like its a good enough cooler but its pretty loud.
