looking for a water cooling system $100~300

I was going to get the ThermalTake Aquarius2 but the people at http://www.3dgameman.com/ told me that it would be better to get a.....better water cooling system, so im open for ideas on what water cooling sytem to get.

i have $100 and can wait for christmas to get one thats around $300+, what would be a good system for around $100~300-ish?
