Default Need a HSF for a UD3P/Q9550

My specs are in my sig and could use some help finding a good HSF to keep my quad cool.I'm running a Zalman 9700 and it does OK for stock speeds but I'm wanting to run this chip @ 4.0 and up. I have had it a 4.08 and it shot up to 70c + in a second,it didn't blue screen so the chip is able to do it i just need a HSF to help. I don't have a budget but just like everyone else i would like to keep the price as low as possible Ive seen a "True" and some other one i cant remember the name of so some help would be great,O and a link please.

I think the Noctua NH-U12P with Optional Second Fan should do the trick for you. I have one with single fan and its Almost Silent. And Works very very well. Newegg.com - Noctua NH-U12P 120mm SSO CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks
