my pc temperature use to be 43c degree and after i install 2 slot fan and now the temperature increse too 50c degree. What may be causing this?

More than likely it is due to turbulence. You see, slot fans do nothing to guide the airflow to where it needs to be. It just moves it, which really doesn't do any good if it lacks direction.

You do much better to have cool air coming in from the front of the case and have it being exhausted out the rear and the top. This will give you the best overall airflow. I use this technique and I never see temperatures of the processor over 40C unless I am testing a less-than-average heatsink. :)

A lot would depend on ya case and what other coolin' ya have in place but as you give no further info on this then no one can possibly give ya an answer but I can speculate that ya case must suc.
