Under normal load and no overclocking is there much differnce in the running temp of the different AMD Xps'?

I'm going to be building a system using a Shuttle Small form factor case

http://www.shuttle.com/new/product/b..._b.asp?B_id=11

looking at putting in a AMD xp1800,but wondering if there would be much temp difference if I put in a highr spec cpu,now or in the future.

Cheers

Graham

As long as you go with the Thoroughbred processor type then all should go well with just small differences between the different processors. Of course, the Palominos tend to run a good deal warmer, so it could have a bearing on future upgrades if you go that route. :)
