I want to buy the volcano 7+ is it a good one? Or should i better buy the new volcano 9? I know thermaltake isn't the best cooling solution but there aren't others avaible here.;)

Yes the Volcano 7+ is very good as I use them alot with the PC's I build. :thumb:
Just do a quick check down the right hand side of this review, http://www.dansdata.com/coolercomp.htm , and check the C/W value for each HSF (the lower the better). ;)

What do you guys think of the CoolerMaster Heatpipe HSF? Has anyone tried this HSF yet?
