Does anyone have a link to a review for the Xaser, I searched and searched but nothing came up. So, i would be greatful if someone gave me a link. Give me your opinions on idle and load temp, and what they should be with my hsf. thanks in advance.

Xaser is a case design and upporting components for that case design. The Volcano 7+ never came out as a Xaser edition; only the Volcano 11 did this.
As to the results, there are simply too many variables to give you a simple answer. Looking at the results you are getting from your signature, you have nothing to worry about as far as temperatures are concerned, but if you're questing for even lower results then case airflow would be the likely place to start.
