I wonder how he would have done it if he didn't have indoor plumbing? I would also worry about the location of those powerstrips.

Looks like the plan is good but the execution could have used a little more planning. The plumbing seems to be o.k. but as you say the electrical part of things could result in a "shocking experience" esp. if there is any condensation on those pipes .... or a leak!

No points for neatness or safety but very innovative.
