I was going to get a slk-900 heatsink with a 92mm fan @ 68.8 cfm for about 60 bucks all together

But i could also get a watercooling kit with 1/2 inch tubing for 100 bucks.

it's the 100 dollar kit. It's only for the CPU, but that's fine with me.

or I could go with a 3/8 inch kit for 75 bucks.

Which of these would cool better?
