i'm pretty sure that Dells use a 92mm exhaust, with some ducting around the heatsink.
maybe upgrade the exhaust fan and add one of these above the card http://www.antec-inc.com/pro_details...p?ProdID=77094

Well, not to scare you or anything, but I've found putting aftermarket stuff in my 8200 raises the temp (and fan RPM's, and therefore noise) so bad that it's unbearable; read my post a little below this one. My Ti4200, which doesnt run nearly as hot as that FX5900, raises the case temp too much. The antec blower looks good, and I'm going to put in an intake fan too. I'm getting the parts tomorrow, so if you wanna let my case be the guinea pig, wait a bit, and I can reply back with how it went, and how the cooling changed :thumb:. : peace2: Mista K6
